Where can I see all of PEANEV’s available apartment rentals?

What is the square footage for PEANEV’s apartment and townhome units?
The Unit approximate Square Footage Ranges are as follows (to see specific units click here):

>Studio: 400-600 square feet
>1 bed: 600-750 square feet
>2 bed: 700-950 square feet
>3 bed: 800-1100 square feet
>4 bed: 1000+ square feet

Does PEANEV provide single family homes?
No. Unfortunately, our current inventory is made up of multifamily apartment and townhomes units. Please check back with us time to time as our available buildings changes frequently.

What amenities does PEANEV offer?
The building may include:
Free WiFi, on-site laundry, building security cameras, gated entry, and controlled access.

The apartment or townhome unit may include:
Modern kitchen and bathroom, brand new appliances (stove and refrigerator) and hardwood floors (carpet is an option at select units).

Additional Amenities:
Free heat, eat-in kitchen, A/C, bonus room, porch and covered parking.

Does the rent include any Utilities?
The rent includes water, trash removal, and heat for many selected units. You need to pay for Gas and Electricity.

Does PEANEV offer units with heat included?
Yes, many PEANEV units include heat. Please see our apartments and townhomes on our website for amenity information or contact us at 312.489.8779.

If my apartment/townhome doesn’t include heat, how much does it usually cost?
For a 12-Month Budget Payment Plan, you will pay around $200 per month in the winter months. If you stretch over 12 months, it will cost around $60-70 per month.

Does PEANEV allow pets?
Yes, our apartments and townhomes are pet-friendly with the following restrictions:
Maximum number of pets: 2 Dogs and or cats
Maximum Weight per pet: 40 lbs.
Fees: $10/month. Fee will be added to your monthly payments.
Service Dogs: They are exempt from the Weight restrictions, and owner must provide detailed documentation proving their use as a service dog.

What are the maximum occupancies for each different bedroom unit?

Our maximum occupancies are as follows:
>Studio = 2 max
>1 bed = 3 max
>2 bed = 4 max
>3 bed = 6 max
>4 bed = 7 max

What are the fees to move into a PEANEV apartment or townhome?
After your application is approved you will need to pay:
>A non-refundable move-in fee* (1-2 bedroom = $400-700; 3-4 bedroom = $600-900) or deposit, as applicable.
*Move-in fee is based on your rental application and your PEANEV approval score.
>First month’s rent (including any required pet fees)

Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, you can pay your rent via ACH/EFT or via credit card.
